The free mentorship Elev8or programme in East London is designed to position young people from underserved communities on a path to personal and professional development. Participants will develop the skills, knowledge, and self-confidence required to forge something meaningful out of their lives.
The mentorship Elev8or programme will either focus on personal or professional development, depending on the path you choose. At any rate, we invite you into a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment where you can develop self-awareness and prepare yourself for the labour market.
From mock interviews to interaction with peers and professionals, you’ll explore a variety of settings that build your confidence and independence, making you employable. And if you prefer to be your own boss, you’ll learn how to identify entrepreneurship opportunities, refine business ideas, and draft a business plan.

Eligibility
- Aged 14-25
- Residing, working or studying in East London
- Those currently Not in Employment, Education or Training (NEET) are welcome
Cost
The Elev8or programme mentorship is free for all eligible individuals, courtesy of our sponsors. We also offer 1:1 privately paid sessions when there are no funded spaces.
