True Cadence offers a weekly Music Therapy workshop in East London for organisations and schools looking to help their employees or students manage stress and burnout. We are also open to care homes considering a different form of intervention for their residents, parents of special needs children, and young people with mental health issues. Children with learning disabilities are also welcome; we run targeted programmes to suit their needs.
In each workshop, you’ll be exposed to the healing powers of music and learn how to harness it to quell mental health issues and bring peace to your life. Experience the healing power of music to improve mental health and well-being.
Each workshop includes any of the following activities
- Drumming and percussion
- Leveraging the emotive power of music to process and navigate emotions
- Practicing mindfulness through melody
- Expressing emotions through songwriting
- Group Musical activities to create a sense of community
- Learning the art of musical therapy to help others in need
Our music therapy workshops can be tailored to all ages and provide a therapeutic environment and the tools you need to thrive amidst life’s chaos.
