We are looking for up-and-coming artists, producers, sound engineers, and volunteers to get involved in a collaborative music-making programme. Whether you see yourself behind the mic or behind the scenes, this is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to create music that speaks truth to power, and maybe even changes it.

Eligibility

You must be aged 16–25

Passionate about songwriting, music production, or performance

Living, working, or studying in East London

Open to collaborating on music that speaks to social issues

Those currently Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET) are especially encouraged to apply
When is the time commitment?
Once a week for two hours at Pirate Studio in Hackney, and occasional performance development sessions in Barking and Dagenham. Participants must be available to attend sessions every Tuesday or Wednesday evening, depending on which songwriting group you’re in.Â
