MUSIC & MINDFULNESS
Have you ever noticed how your mood changes when you listen to music? Whether it’s the beat or the lyrics, the music in our headphones has the power to affect our emotions, and that’s why music can be an incredibly therapeutic tool. If you’re looking to tap into the therapeutic benefits of music, look no further than our Music & Mindfulness programme. Led by experienced Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registered music therapists, this programme is designed to help you explore and experience the healing power of sound and music. You’ll be provided with tools and techniques to develop your relationship with music and improve your overall well-being.
Through a series of interactive sessions, participants will learn how music and mindfulness techniques can be used to cope with trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. Our Music Therapy programme can be tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, with sessions varying depending on the age group and the individual needs of our participants.
By the end of the programme, you’ll have gained a deeper understanding of the powerful connection between music, emotions and mental health, and developed practical skills for using music to improve your own well-being in your day-to-day life.
